I sold it for 500. I bought it last summer for 475 with a blown head gasket and broken seats and have since put at least 500 into it so I think its a fair price for a car that has been 100% reliable since I installed the last engine.Leave a comment:

That car has been through soo much shit that getting wrecked and scrapped would be a sweet relief lol.Leave a comment:

Finally got caps on the kopis.

Got the ETA all cleaned out and dropped it off at the GFs house.

We are finally down to two E30s at the house at this time.Leave a comment:

Well I got the exhaust stuff all put together and let it run for a bit and the temp is still dead. Took it around the block a few times and the speed seems a little off too. Brakes have gotten better since I replaced the front calipers but still not what they should be. Tomorrow Im taking it to Munich Motorworks in portland. Im hoping they can just work out the kinks and make it more daily drivable. Have school coming up so I dont really have the time to work on it much more and frankly im getting tired of working on this car, and I just want to go enjoy it for once. Wish me luck Im hoping to be DDing it by next week.
Pics will follow within a few days.Leave a comment:

Got the car up on the trailer and took it to the muffler shop today.

Should have it back monday so I can get the fan wired in and figure out the brakes.Leave a comment:

Maybe its an issue with the harness adapter? Purely speculation, as usually the temp gauge wouldnt budge if it was unplugged.Leave a comment:

Naw my car is parked outside. Also the sensor is under the intake manifold.Leave a comment:

Hey danny could you try something for me real quick? Just reach in and unplug your temp sender for the gauge cluster and turn the key to pos 2 to see if it defaults to red when its cold like mine does. Thats what is confusing me. If it is not plugged in why does it move but still go to red when its cold.Leave a comment:

Its not as simple as "adjusting the header". There is a lot more to it than that. Shimming the engine mounts is what a lot of people do anyway and it worked fine for me. Put three washers under each mount arm. Moved the car under its own power for the first time today. Hopefully exhaust shop tomorrow or friday. Temp gauge is still dead.Leave a comment:

Ya it was pretty cool to get all the local guys over. I had 5 E30s in my driveway at one time. Got the shift linkage all together tonight. Turns out im going to need to shim my motor mounts to get the headers to clear the subframe.Leave a comment:
