I was able to get to a dyno yesterday. There were some problems with the dyno...first having issues logging the boost and then the entire thing didn't want to work. I had planned on being there a couple hours and it ended up being all day. Super nice guy and just some bad luck for both of us. I was only really able to get two runs and the better of the two was only up to 5700rpm (we were planning to keep stepping up on each run to make sure things were good before we went to 6800) Also for some reason on the dyno it would only build to about 9psi of boost. On the road I have no problem hitting 11psi. When I spoke with MikeM he said that it could be the type of dyno and the drums not able to put enough load on the engine.
Either way I made 331/324 at 9psi and not even going all the way to 6800rpm. I would think it is making a bit more than that when it is actually on the street and able to build a bit more boost.

      Here is the graph

On the other run where we only went to 4700 it made 302/334.
      The graph for that

Overall I am happy with the numbers, I think it makes a little more on the street because it builds a bit more boost because of the load and that we were never able to go all the way up to 6800rpm.

I have decided to sell the car. I have put about 1000 miles on the turbo setup and has been used as my DD the past few weeks. I like projects and want to move on to something else. If anyone is interested shoot me a PM. I will post a real for sale thread in the next couple weeks.

Engine bay is looking tidy. Very nice.

Now all you need is a third gear burnout video like that other guy.8-)

The two fans seem to be working great. I have them both turn on at low speed with the 80/88 fan switch and stock wiring. I have let it idle for about 10 minutes after driving home from work (20min, xway/city) and the temp sat right in the middle the entire time.

The car is officially for sale, I am looking for $8500 as it sits.

Would you mind sending me the exact dimensions of the fan and would it be too much to ask you for a video of both of the fans running? I might buy that 16" for myself cause mine is just too loud.

I like your catch can. very factory looking. Who makes it and where can i buy one. Did you use a flex pipe on the wastegate plumbing? Looks to be kinda long to not have one.

The catch can is from here, http://www.saikoumichi.com/ . The guy makes them to order and will put the in and out where ever you would like.

The 16" fan is really hard to get at now. The dimensions are on the FFD site I think. I can see about getting a video of the fans running. Catch me on AIM if you have any other questions.
