E30 racecar putting in work. Picked up this 365 lb gem for free to enhance my cardio routine.

These came in the mail! Now I am waiting on my composite fixed back Corbeaus and my Massive side mounts to come in before I get the harnesses installed per Schroths guidelines.

Had to do a little grocery shopping in my "grocery getter." Haha

Money is being added into my paypal for a set of KA Motors ultra wide fender flares. After they are installed a set of beefy tires will be on order for the silver style 5's.

After that's done, along with a few small maintenance projects, the time has come.

Turbo parts will begin to be collected.................

    Stay tuned.

Magical money fell out of the sky recently (I will keep its origin a secret just in case the feds are listening), but needless to say, the E30 is getting spoiled.

The Schroth harnesses showed up today, and they are badass as ever.

2 very large boxes should be showing up to my house in about a week, as well as 1 much smaller box.

Still working on an exhaust video. My junker camera wasn't able to really capture the excellent sound of the exhaust, and I am trying to figure out a way to get semi decent footage up onto the web.

Dump valve wiring installation was a breeze.

Solenoid can open anywhere between 0 and 90 degrees.

Having a car with two entirely different exhaust tones at the push of a button is extremely badass.

At idle with the valve open you cant really tell. The second I step on the gas the story changes entirely.

Looking forward to putting together a video this weekend to entertain you all with.
Can confirm, sounds great when closed. Sounds insane when open.

Just purchased a set of Schroth 6 point harnesses to secure me to the car. Hopefully they show up early next week!

I have it back! While I didn't get everything I wanted, due to a misleading estimate and the need for my car to be back in my possession, the work I did have done was incredible.

First major modification, very obvious. Picked up a new Europlate.

The welds are beautiful and pornographic.

You all know what's coming next.

Yep. Half cage in the backseat. I love it. Fits into the exact vision I have for the final product of my daily driver. Plus, I never liked using my backseat anyways.

The second major modification sounds like heaven on earth.

    It all starts here.

After these SS reps 2 2" v-bands hold the custom merge to the dump valve. After the dump valve I have a Vibrant ultra quiet resonator followed by a Vibrant muffler with dual 3 inch tips. The entire exhaust is beautifully welded 2.5 inch stainless steel mandrel bent tubing.

The sound with the dump valve closed is indescribable and boner inducing. Down low the tone is respectable and rumbly. Above 3.5k it sounds like metal vibrating and screams up to redline. I am already addicted to the sound.

I will have a video clip from both outside and inside the car for you all to enjoy sometime soon.

I have wanted to do exhaust since 2010 and I am extremely happy that it has finally been completed.

This is just another step towards the fuh raze, #becauseracecar vibe I am aiming towards. In the words of one of my buddies, "Damn man, that thing is built!!"

Tomorrow I catch a ride down to PHX to pick up my car. Very very excited. I promise a multitude of pictures to finally update all of you.

I want to turbo this bad boy, as the quest for a more badass E30 eventually leads down that road. After the SC ordeal I came to the realization that the car needs a lot more work and upgrades before I throw mad horsepower at it. That's the main priority first.

I bought another new Euro plate. Again it has multiple meanings, but it is extremely obvious.

    Tomorrow!!

I replaced the fuel pressure regulator and the random fuel leaks disappeared.

Also, the housemate picked up a fender roller. I am currently thinking of flaring fenders to run some more meat while retaining the style 5's that I have become very attached to.

It has been 4 days without E30. Shop told me two weeks before the work I want done will be done. It's going to be a rough wait, but it will all be worth it.

I haven't received any pictures from them to teaser you guys with yet. Hopefully some come soon.

I am experiencing random fuel leaks all along the fuel rail and lines. No discernible cause has been discovered at any location.

I am thinking failing fuel pressure regulator, causing overpressure and thus the leakage.

    Anyone else back this up?
