Time flies, I've forgotten to update the thread for some time now.
Will try to make up for that now. :)
To make a long story short, the engine setup has changed a bit due to some unforseen circumstances.
As it is now, the setup is as follows:

-M20B25 engineblock, M50 non-Vanos pistons and Vanos rods, polished crank, new bearings/seals, M21 oilpump.
-M20B20 "731" cylinderhead, lightly ported, welded waterjackets, PPF Z45 camshaft, PPF stg.2 valvespringkit with CrMo Retainers, PPF HD rockerarms.

Otherwise it'ss mostly the same hardware as the first setup.

During a trackday the turbo ended up looking like this though:

Found the missing parts in the intercooler, fortunately.

I can also add that at another trackday wee did earlier, I had a little incident with Armco, hit the driver side rear a bit, but nothing a little amount og filler can't cure. ;)

Frank is busy grinding the filler down at this stage:

Didn't look too shabby when finished, at least since it was our first go at body repair.

Got the turbo back from Precision after 12 weeks, and then winter came, so no more fun until springtime. The turbo came with the new 66mm axle, modified to 65mm to fit my exhausthousing.
But, I've invested in some new wheels and some (hopefully) better brakes which will be mounted on the car soon.

      The wheels, Borbet A 7,5 +9x16" ET 15/20

The brakes is a kit from Massive Brakes; 4pot Wilwood with dustcaps, and 280mm VW G60 discs modified to fit.
Haven't gotten the brakes from Canada yet, so I hope a demopicture will suffice. :) (this is with Massive's own rotors.)

I also made some few short videoclips this summer. It isn't dynoed yet, just mapped/tuned at the road by myself.
My plan is to finetune the car myself, just to see if it can put out some nice numbers at the wheel, would be nice to see it push 400whp+. But time will tell. :)

        A little accelerationtest:

(and no, the speedo is in KM/H, not MPH, would be nice if it was though. ;) )

A little teststart from inside the car:

        Another testing-clip:

Finishing off a set of tires here:

Got another set of wheels back from powdercoating, well, they are green..

And at last, some pictures of the car at some rainy trackdays.

That's pretty much it for now, we're waiting for springtime to come so we can carry on the work. Will update here as well, if there's any interest. :)

Well, the brakes have arrived from Massive:

          HD Bridge bolts:

The old discs and pads were, well, quite worn.

Also installed EGT-sensor in the collector:

Still waiting for the snow to melt and the trackdayseason to begin. :)

            Hey there,

The diff from the M535, is that a large 210 case or medium 188 case?
