how bad does it get?? My 02 is dirty from an Arkansas trip a couple weeks ago but i could just cover it with blankets. The rest Im not overly concerned about. Ill pull the bumpers off as I need to install euro trim etc and there is tons of shit built up in the grooves and cracks
you want the side molding removed or taped? I just painted it with trim paint

Just make another red E30 magazine car. You haven't done a late model E30. :)

P.S. I still have the Eurotuner mag with your old red car in it. Such an awesome car. Keep up the quality work, and service to the E30 community.

That said, I love the progress. I'm sad my project is black and a color change just isn't in the cards or I'd go red in a heart beat ;)
Thanks dude much appreciated. Funny you say that about the color. Ive had a red e30 so this wasnt my first chice. But clean and rust free wins out over color everytime

So I got my garage cleaned out and everything is put away for the winter with enough room to work so I gutted the car pretty much today. I bought a bunch of Raam audio sound proofing so ill do that. I also bought a set of AST 4100 coilovers to put on over the winter. Jack at elephant makes it hard to say no at that price
My carpet was totally soaked and weighed a ton. i havent had a lock strip in the car for a month and it must have been leaking sitting outside. im glad i pulled it so it didnt start rusting. Nice to see the floors are totally solid just like the rest of the car
