    I know, I feel like a wimp but I went to the west coast to get a rust free shell. Im not going to take it out in this crap. They dump insane amounts of salt on the roads
    I did start it and back it out so I could put a starter in my e28 yesterday and its amazing how much difference the sound deadening has made. And I dont have the interior in yet.

    I was trying to decide what kind of sound deadening to put down when I swap out my interior . . . well . . soon.

    Based on this thread I got me some RAAM too. Customer service was awesome, shipped the same day I ordered it and now it's sitting in the garage with the rest of the shit waiting for the new seat material from Creative Options . . .

    yeah Ive done this to many cars. Like maybe 5 and Ive used peal n seal on the first car for the same reasons, cost. Its not the same and doesnt work as well. It also doesnt have a chance on vertical surfaces in the heat. Your car will smell like a roofers truck heading north out of el paso also

    Ha. Peel and seal is very different from actual sound mating. The density values are different. But if you want to cover your car in tar. . .I guess we can't stop you.
