I know, I feel like a wimp but I went to the west coast to get a rust free shell. Im not going to take it out in this crap. They dump insane amounts of salt on the roads
I did start it and back it out so I could put a starter in my e28 yesterday and its amazing how much difference the sound deadening has made. And I dont have the interior in yet.

I had read good things about him doing research and everything they said was true. Hes very big on customer service and a really nice guy I really liked the way the stuff went down but wear some gloves. Holy shit my hands are cut to shit from the aluminum. They are like paper cuts too
I got the RAAM and my dad used it on his 911. It's really good stuff. And like you said, the owner is real helpful and excellent at communication.

did you get the ensolite stuff too or just stick with the RAAMmat BXT?

I got 2 kinds of Raammat. I forgot the names but the good shit I used on the rear bulkhead and rear floor. the less expensive stuff I used on the doors and put a second coat on the rear bulkhead. Then super duper bobby cooper gave me 2 big rolls of Edead I used on the main floor. Then I covered everything with 5 yards of self stick ensolite.
I just have one seat in the car now to move it around and no door panels but already it makes a huge difference. I think its going to be nice when all assembled. Of course at the penalty of 60+ lbs. but Im over the full race street car theme.

You are not at all going to notice an extra 60lbs of material, especially if it's spread out in the car. 100lbs is generally the accepted minimum for what you will notice acceleration and braking wise. So don't sweat it.

So are you running OBD1 or 2? i've searched the shit out of this thread and can't figure it out. I see you're using the OBD1 fuel rail, but you're dealing with matt, and he could have some funky hybrid thing going on.
