Looking good! It shouldn't be too hard to find a 735i motor for cheap. Most of them have led very easy lives behind auto transmissions puttering around town and doing commuting stints.

I'd recommend going with a standard m20b25 wiring harness, less complicated and it still hooks right up. I'm also a die-hard fan of the Miller MAF/WAR combo after installing it on my swap, it really makes a difference on the b35 motor. Also, lightweight flywheel (e28 M5 or 533i) is a must.
