The taillights are a lot like early e30's
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Decent price for an FI car. There are some guys in the Maserati world with over 150K on the 425s. I wouldn't mind having a sedan for a beater, especially since I have a second suspension setup laying around...

...but the dude won't call me back.

                      Small update...

So the interior work is well under way but I am still struggling to get a windshield for the car. I have a lead on one in Denver but they are afraid to ship. Sigh.

On to pics, which are from a phone so I apologize about the quality. If you want before pics, read through the earlier pages.

                      All stripped out:

We swapped the tan leather for black, the tan suede for grey and replaced the wood grain with carbon fiber:

                      And the back seat:

That's it for now. You probably won't see another update until it's all done. God knows when that will be unless someone can find me a windshield that isn't more than my mortgage. Thanks for looking, cheers!

Can't wait to see her finished up! Goodluck with the windshield search, I'll keep a look out.

                        Go here be happy!

Looks like great quality. I am envious about the father-son bonding project let alone the amount of knowledge and skills involved. Subscribed.

I spent 80% of my free time as a kid with my dad in the garage and I am thankful for it every day. I moved 300 miles away 3 years ago and have little time to work on this with him. He's been mailing me interior parts so we can split up the work and we both spend a great deal of time scouring ebay, craigslist and whatnot for parts. It's definitely kept us close.

                              Thanks for the kind words.
