Well with my luck, I somehow managed to lock my keys in the glovebox, stupid me put the keys in the glovebox and since I had way too much crap in there, as I was closing it something caught the locking pins and broke them and caused the glovebox to close shut. Tried disassembling it from the back but it wouldn't budge, so I got pretty mad and basically took a hammer to my pristine scratch free glovebox. I got the keys out and this is how I drove around for a week. In the meantime I went to replaced my obc with a 13 button one since it would be easier to get the bolts without a glovebox and managed to break the HVAC panel into pieces and cutting up my finger on something.
Since I'm pretty anal about my interior, I quickly sourced a glovebox and the seller was awesome enough to include a Euro HVAC panel! SCORE! So now this week I will be installing everything.
Realized I haven't had a video of the car driving after the swap, here's the only one I have I took a few nights ago before dropping the chip in. Just to get a feel for how she runs. Enjoy. Disclaimer: I typically do not listen to that radio station and have no idea why I put it on.

Finally got a good bit done this week, have been slacking ever since I bought the cabby and school/work 6 days a week. The cluster I bought many moons ago has finally been addressed. Put cluster rings and painted the needles using Cardinal red touchup paint from Toyota that I had laying around the house. Came out pretty sweet!
While I did that I thought it would be a good time to swap out the broken 6 button OBC for a working 13 button one. I was a bit intimidated by this at first but really wasn't so bad.
I did manage to break my HVAC panel as well as cut up my fingers aswell as find out that the backlight for the OBC is fried.( worked fine when pulled it from a friend's car).
Also a few weeks ago I managed to lock the keys in the glovebox somehow and had to destroy it to get them out, Finally got the new one installed.
Here's a little cool shot, The euro cluster doesn't have a "Check Engine" light, so when I put the bulb in the back where it usually goes, it lights up a solid green.:nice:
More to come this weekend!
