Ok, its late enough I should add todays pictures in. the unloader relays have me looking a little crosseyed, but im looking into how to replicate their functionality, or enough that it makes this thing run.

Thanks a lot! I really apreciate the comments guys. Makes it just a little easier to burn midnight oil on this project.

Some hand filing the tops and bottom outside corners like this..

To get clearance like this, no spacers...

Yeah, its a tight fit 8)

I also rolled my rear fenders so the rears would clear for sure after an alignment.
    Some stance shots, un settled

Yeah, eventually. Not yet, no need.

In other news, its not my unloader relays causing my no run issue. At least im 90% sure. All that wire does as I can tell is ground the relays except when starting, it goes hot I guess. Tried plugging it into the on side of the ignition switch to be hot at run/start since that is what is at the other end of the unloader relay coils, but once I turn on the ign, the starter motor spins, so that idea seems out unless im missing something there. I'm obviously missing something here, and don't know what it is.

Long story short, it starts. I had the start signal to motronic wired to my start button, it needs to stay hot if the engine is to run, so I wired that too to my ign switch.

With raising the subframe, and having the adjusters welded on, it makes it nearly impossible to adjust camber. The subframe probably will need to be dropped to make some clearance by grinding or a bfh. I think it should be ok to drive though, and I have an 8am 4whl alignment to make in Petaluma. Maybe they have some magic touch. Otherwise ill deal with it later. I tightened them down as best I could, and set the toe adjusters roughly at the same location.

So what's left for sure is try to program my dash, speedo, tank capacity and water temperature. 4 wheel alignment and smog. Technically all I need need, but there are other little issues to take care of, just not as critical for the trip...

Might jyst have a chance to curb weight it in washington while I an up here.

It does run again. The pilot bearing let go of half of its balls, and the alternator died.

Car is currently in my parents driveway for the winter in CA. I need to get it to a suspension shop so they can diagnose my wannabe-g-leaning car. It sags hard on the pass rear (and has less suspension droop than the driver side rear, wtf? subframe is the same height), causing the DS front to look 4x4ish.

I have an answer for you on weight though, a couple months ago I drove across scales in Tacoma, and with me(150), a half tank of gas(40ish), spare arc-8/tire(40ish), and a bit of stuff in my trunk (~30), the car weighed 2780. So, 2600 on the heavy estimate side.

Dark after midnight too fast around a decreasing radius turn. Was an unfamiliar road.

                        Misjudged, hardcore.

R3V'ed my car big time, 2 days before my birthday.

No (major) injuries, was a hell of a ride though. Safety parts (cage seat belts) did their job very very well. Extent of my injuries is sore spot on my leg from the door X bar, a black eye and bruised eyeball.

That was this morning about 2am.
