So here is how I am looking at the FCP groton kit

It aint the best. Thats obvious

However, I really just need my car back on the road. If the shit fails in 15,000 miles (and it probably will) thats not too bad for $165. Ill have a job by then and actual income, so I can do it right by then.

I think my car will be fine without the lemfoerder :/

His kit is $350 or something with springs, uses same shocks as H&R springs

Coilovers for $350? Definately not ground control maybe adjusters only, they recommend koni's which are another $600+ a member on here is selling slightly used sports for $150 shipped.

Well lets see H&R sports are $200 new... his kit is $350.

With his kit I can go any ride height, Id say it is worth it. I wouldn't mind being as low as H&R sports but as stiff as race.

Had the same kit on my car for about 20K miles with no issue. I've heard horror stories but have yet to experience anything myself.

Fcpgroton makes quality stuff, theres a set of hr sports for sale on here for 150 shipped, get a set of kyb's and you have a refreshed suspension for around 500, can't go wrong

Get some used HR sports while you're in their, you have to take apart the strut assembly anyway, so why not make it easier for yourself.

^ lol cause I havn't hooked it back up yet. Trans still shifts fine, just wont kickdown.

Please PM me how I can fix this cheaper...

I am buying new control arm bushings, new control arms, new sway bar mounts, new tie rod assemblies, new upper strut mounts, basically overhaul the front suspension

Is that a good direction to go with the car?
