sure you lose weight, but throw anything riddled with snow back there and your begging for rust. snowboard, ski's, snow shoes, snow boots, wet shit? yourfooked. i say spray the exposed areas with rubberized coating.... it wont add much weight and you wont have to worrie about your shit falling out of the floor of your trunk.

    Pics!!!

My crappy stereo before I started work. I had to pull it out because the cheap thing needs the cables wiggled for ipod connectivity to work :(

    Single speaker stereo... because racecar?

    Trunk got cleaned out, duh

    First part I tackled:

This part was the biggest bitch... :(

    Other side:

I dont have any after pics, I finished an hour after sunset and didn't want to take pics.

If I could do it over again, I would DEFINITELY had chosen the dry ice method, this left scratches and shit in my trunk... but big deal. I believe I might spray the trunk in bedliner in the spring or Summer. Masking everything off will be a bitch, but it will look way nicer under that carpet! Where I got the idea.. his turned out great!

    Trunk Tar Coming Out

Fixed my stereo yesterday my radio keys came... pretty nice for $2.50 off ebay. The cord was weird and took some wiggling, but now it works.

Lol I would, but I dont have a machine polisher.. and I not interested in doing it by hand. lol

Trunk tar is easy to remove. I literally almost pried some off with a flat head screwdriver, in the rain. Just stuck it under and pried. Not hard.

I have an old flathead with a LONG handle I do not care about. It is worthless.. except for this task. lol

Your ears won't notice it. You're better off spending time giving your car a proper detail job.

No, I have filled out plenty of applications though. Just waiting.

$500 budget means total, not all at once :p

Well yes they are going upfront. Who cares if my soundstream will blow them.. only $23 shipped. I know that is a bad attitude but it is true
