Kylie - S52 Swap 325e, now with moar Pictures!

Hit page 14 baby, for the latest flicks!

Levent and I are starting GPS's newest build

    Kylie

When Levent proposed the name to me, I knew right away it couldn't be anything else. Kylie Minogue being an Aussie, and myself too being from down under, the name fits like a glove!

    But down to business.

    The Car

Kylie will be starting out as a Primer'd 1987 325e Automatic with Hounds-tooth interior. She will not stay that way for long

    The Build

M20 iS Motor and 5 Speed Swap, replace Timing Belt, Plugs, Thermostat, water pump, all hoses and belts.

New clutch and UUC SS clutch line

Zimmerman Coated roaters, UUC SS brake lines, pads

Restored HVAC panel, New Shift knob and boot

    The extra bits

Powder Coated Intake Manifold and Valve Cover

19lb injectors and Mark D chip

H&R Sport Springs, Bilstein Sport Shocks, E90 Drop hats, convertible sways with new bushings.

    Hounds Tooth Front Sports Seats

Euro weave 15" or BBS 15" weaves with lip

    Euro front and rear bumpers

Photos from 7/31/2011 - Build start.

Only good things come from Guten! I can't wait to see updates! That color should really pop on an E30.

I will tell you that I regret getting H&R Sports. I wish I had gotten H&R Race springs. Lot of other guys on here with the same sentiment. Might be worth a rething (but that's just my $0.02!).

          Good luck with the build!

Thanks for the advice and well wishes!

L and I talked about this and figured sports were the best way to start out. We can always switch out later if I get bored, and I'm sure that will happen given my car ADD

The car is going to be a daily driver also, so it needs to be streetable. I like my oil pan :)

Jealous of your hounds tooth sport seats, I only have 1. My passenger side is still a comfort seat. oh well. Still looks alright.

Edit - I have an '87 e, as well. I guess this is my thread if I had unlimited funds (haha). Will be nice to see and maybe give me some ideas

Definitely not unlimited funds. Actually on a pretty strict budget to get this done. L and I were about to price things out just right :)
