Well some things have changed with the vert. Air ride sold back in July, went to a ground control setup. After swapping out suspensions and driving on coils again I wish I would have kept the air ride. Good thing is the rear is already modified for bags. So its a direct bolt in if I decide to go back. :)
As most of you know I sold the 17s and was running some xxr wheels that I had powder coated in 4 different colors. I sold them last week and now riding on some oem steelies with some winter tires.
Earlier in the month I was visiting a friend and woke up to a big dent in my driver side quarter panel and a broken taillight. Lucky he lives in bumb fuck so we knew who it was. About two weeks after that happend I had some ass hat smack the rear bumper and break the whole corner and the trim. No note or anything was left, so I had to eat that.
Not even 24 hours later I was out to dinner with a friend. We ended up getting a window seat right where I could see the car. I thought that was pretty cool. But I guess I would of rather had another seat so I didnt have to watch the asshole back up into my front bumper and bending my valance. GO ME!!
So I got tired of my ride being all beat up and decided to do something about it.
So this is how she started yesterday around 2pm. All ripped apart and washed up.

Tossed a guide coat on it to see where all the dents was at.

                  Sanded and blocked out.

Then some primer. It was still wet in these photos.

All dry and now Im ready to start on the other panels.

                  Thats all folks!!

Man, you have like... 0 luck.

I assumed E30's would be less susceptible to retards trying to unpark because they are so damn small they fit with room to spare in a parking space...

Guess not.. have had someone crack my bumper though... that's about the only thing.

Mike, maybe if you seal the primer and leave it all grey for the winter, no one else will bang it up, lol! Body looks nice and straight, it'll look good in no time. New fenders in front and fix up the bumpers and you'll be good to go. Good way to spend a couple of days... It'll be fresh by New Years!!!

What color are you going to paint it? I take it you're going to keep the car now? Sorry about your luck, I'd be scared to own a nice car if I were you haha.

Nah, Ive been trying to sell it. But no body wants a car with a fucked up body. Hell I dont even want a car with a fucked up body. Thats why I bought it in the first place. Plus I like clean looking cars. Couldnt you tell from my coupe? :)

I guess with it being around the holidays everyone was either in a hurry to get shit done or drunk. I know the guy who backed into the front of the car was buzzin a little. I just left it go because I planned on fixing it anyways and I have another valance.
The rear bumper deal was when I was at wal-mart. So I could only imagine. And the lady across the street from my buddys is old as shit, so I doubt she even seen it.

That is sealer. Its PPG. Thats why it came out kinda mat finished when it dried. I got a rear bumper the day after I was hit and I got some new fenders on the way from FL. So once they come I will finish out the body work and edge everything out for paint.

HAHA, this car was really clean from the get go, so It didnt really need to much work. The worst spot was where the lady hit my quarter panel.
The car is going to be Alpine 3. I bought a qt of it a few weeks ago in plans to paint the car anyways. So now I guess I have to go get more. :)
I like this M20. Its perfect for a DD. It doesnt leak any oil, tick, tap, knock, etc. so I have no reason to get rid of it right now. I know the clutch needs to be replaced soon because the slave blew out and soaked it in brake fluid. :/
If I do it will probably be for another s50. I really like the one in my sepang and kick myself in the ass for selling it and not just swapping it in when I had it. I think that had enough power for a e30 and more than I would ever need.

And for you, I would have just started with a much cleaner shell. haha.
