I didnt settle with ins yet, well the lawyer didn't settle with them yet. Im suppose to go do paper work with the lawyer this week..
As for the 318ti, its still sitting in my parking lot with a car cover on it. I think I moved it twice since I picked it up from you.

No idea. I talked to him like 2 months ago. He was suppose to have the rest of thee parts to do the swap and I haven't heard from him yet. Soon, the car will go bye bye.
