        looking good man!
quick question, because you used shorter camaro shocks in the rear, did that help lower the vehicle?

Wow nice job and awesome info on the Camaro shocks, what shocks did you use for the front? I like your stance and I have some IE stage 3 springs sitting in my garage waiting for some shocks

It didn't help lower it, but it helped with the lowering process. It is definitely shorter than before. It doesn't let the spring droop like it would before. So when you jack the car up all the way the H&R race spring in the rear (no spring pads) is still held in there with no chance of falling out or anything fishy like that.

I just bought a pair of new standard KYB's for the fronts because the old BMW strut inserts were toast. They are definitely not stiff enough for my liking, but for $80 for both I didn't care for a temp fix. I am hoping to find another custom option for the fronts, but I haven't found anything yet. The guy here on R3V that helped me out with the Camaro rears is also browsing for front options. I have a friend building an old Celica/Supra, and I got an idea from his build for the E30. When his new stuff comes in I am hoping to get some measurements and see if it'll work or not. If I can't come up with anything I'll be going with Koni's or Bilsteins like everyone else :nice:

Thanks to a member on here that made these super heavy duty rear shock tower/trunk braces. It made a nice improvement on the handling and rear stability of the car.

No new installs yet. I've been a little busy lately, but I was able to take Saturday to go up the coast highway. Here's a photo to keep your interest.

I ordered up some 10mm spacers for the rear from ECS tuning along with a complete stud conversion kit from a R3V member. I have been planning to get these for a while to make the fitment match up front to back since E30's typically look more sunk in the rear if you run the same offsets and widths front and rear, but I really got them for my new rear wheels which are coming in later this month.

before and after... (specs are now 15x8 +4 front and -4 rear)

                          and things to come...
