Always wanted to turbo a m42!

Only suggestion would be to route IC pipes above the frame rail (under the headlights). Just looks like you have a lot of IC piping.

Yea the guy I bought the setup from had it all done at a shop. I don't know why they used all that pipe. At least it is all aluminum. I'm worried about the after cooler piping being hot. I'm Gonna install a big puller fan to help keep temps down.

The guy I bought this from said he wasn't running a boost controller because the megasquirt controlled it. I still think I need a boost controller. Also I need to figure out what else I need to make the megasquirt work. Some kind of plug? I have not had a lot of time to research as work has been crazy.

I took the front end off. Disassembled the Ac system. I'm gonna install a new radiator to help with cooling also. I worked all day and then messed with the car for a few hours. More updates tomorrow.

Just held the intercooler up to see how it fits...

I am getting a bunch of parts powdercoated including all the metal parts that are visible from the top. Gonna wash, clay bar, polish then wax engine bay to make it look pretty.

I downloaded it but I have not opened the file yet. I have to find a program to open that kind of extension. I am gonna do first start up with the tune he had done at shop. His motor was all stock also so it should be within close specs. I am gonna do my research on ms tuning because if it runs good I may just run with this tune and save the tuning cost for when I swap in the built motor. Thanks everyone.
