Yes, a completely rust free Cali-car is an $800 car Rear panel happened before it was bought. Not really concerned with it, it will continue to be beat to hell on the track haha.

Perhaps because I drift it? The only place I see zip ties is the front lip, which was held on with zip ties when purchased. Again, its just dirty as hell and those first pics were taken right after 5 hours of paintwork and a wash.
