Kamotors E30-Turbo to ITB M20

Motor will be the same as my turbo M20 motor, this leaves me with options for boost.

I am on a tight budget as I spent thousands on the m30.

also may have a pretty big photoshoot for a website soon, hopefully not being turboed wont disrupt that, engine bay should be pretty nice looking with the ITBs.

Imo a itb m20 is way more sexy than a turbo set up. But itb and a turbo is sexier. Look forward to seeing this beautiful motor man. Race you haha. Now that I stand half a chance..... Maybe if you misshift Haha.

I;m not even going for a HP # now.
basic setup will be
MS2
Wasted spark
280/274 cam
HD rockers
RHD i.t.b's
and a set of headers

I'm confident i will still enjoy the car because I enjoy even bone stock E30's.

and if you think about it, The car was built around a higher HP turbo motor, so its a suitable 400+whp setup.
I have enough grip to support 400whp, I have enough brakes to slow down from speeds I'll likely never reach now and I have the suspension to corner faster than I can likely hit unless I'm going down hill lol.

Got lucky and the motor had recently been worked on to replace a broken rocker arm so everything came apart super easy.

And my daily driver blew up the angle gear so now its fwd.

Well at least the m20 will be an easy fix. Sucks about the volvo man.

and single cams for life ... good luck on this latest iteration. Just got done talking with another Australian customer running RHD's. On a 2.9L setup w/ 288 cam..... results with different 45mm ITB's: 202whp, direct back to back results with 42mm RHD ITB's: 235whp.

and decided to go with the RHD 7lb chrome-molly flywheel.



just need to grab a cam, HD rockers, and as et of headers and this ones done! I like simplicity and this build didnt take an entire summer, if all parts came from Cali. i'd probably have the motor in next week but I have a few parts coming from the U.K and Australia so as soon as those get here its fun time.
