Good work and even better persistence. But I dont understand what the tube/box on your valve cover is. The tube disapears after it comes out of the cap. ive never seen it on a turbo build. Thanks for sharing your project

Thanks, I like to do things a bit different;)
the "tube/box" is a turbowerx scavenge pump for the turbo that way I did not have to modify the oil pan in any way(took 10minutes to setup) and the line off of my custom oil cap is just the new valve cover vent and goes to a small filter. I had to use a -10an fitting became the line needs to unscrew to remove the cap.
The scavenge pump, pumps oil into the OEM valve cover vent so I couldn't use it for the vent. Only a little modification had to me made for the valve cover vent to accept a -10an fitting and flow oil through it. If you look at the inside of a valve cover you will see that there is some stuff in the way originally.
So the guy who sold me the g260 hasn't been replying to any of my emails so I may have to do a PayPal claim for that:( I have some fun plans after the trans issues get sorted out, I will be running 2step and preturbo water injection.
Dropped my flywheel off to get lightened and resurfaced. I'll pick that up tomorrow. The member I bought the trans off is procrastinating to the max and just telling me he'll get me the tracking number for the last 9 days. Obviously hes either super busy or super lazy... Since he wont tell me why he wont ship it I'm going to guess lazy.

i never heard of that. interesting stuff. I think id rather have a fitting drilled into my oil pan when i get to that point, rather an oil pan from the junk yard.lol
but that works also. good work. hope that guy gets back to you about the transmission.
good luck
I haven't heard back from shane either.... I was suppose to come pick up done things from him but he hasn't responded.
for the last 3 days hes been telling me that he will ship it that night but he keeps delaying. its only been around 11 days but when I went to purchase he said it was ready to go. The first 8 days he wouldn't reply until I found his phone number to txt him now he replies but its the same story everyday and he keep delaying things:( PM me if you need his number

If this guy ruins the 5spd swap for this car, I will go find him and steal that transmission for you and ship it myself
I have his number, but I don't think ill bother with him since he isn't responding. Just hope I can find someone else with the stuff I need. He's said 3 weekends in a row I could come.... Each time has am excuse. Whatever, I don't have time for it. I've heard he can be a pita to deal with.
