    Bye Bye Mazda, Hello Bimmer!!!-91' MtechII AW/SW BAR'd S52/SC

That sucks. I recommend you send your head to APM Custom Engines in Morgan hill. Felix did my head for $325. Recut valves with a 3d cutter, valve seals and resurfacing.

    Glad I did a resistor delete ^.^

I'm running 15 psi on a stock headgasket without orings and no problems so far. I'm on e85 though.

    13psi from a 3.25 pulley! that's pretty damn good.
How much did the TRM tune run you? Did you dyno it or did they just send you a base tune?

My bracket is designed to utilize the stock auxiliary belt so I'll have to stick with the 5.25.

About 13psi at redline reliably with my setup, 6" crank and 3.25" pulley.

Just some sensors while I'm in

Make sure T-clamps are used where possible, my old screw clamps couldn't hold past 6psi. After retest, intake can now hold 15psi solid

    Old bremi's

    New bosch

Boost leak tester, found boost leaks around my whole intake... After 3psi, leaks were pronounced...

Soooo... Need to reseal intake to hold some boost

Main leak was ofcourse the icv/pcv coupler, so sanding away to jb weld it permanently

Make sure it's upside down when curing so the epoxy can evenly seal around the base. Jb weld is very fluid...

What diameter crank pulley / sc pulley are you running? How much boost does it make?

Just trying to get a feel for what size pulley I should use. Also want to see the relationship between boost and impeller speed on an s52.
I'm using the stock 5.25 crank pulley.
