Alright! Exhaust parts are ordered, everything but donuts and hangers anyway, still have to figure that out.

Ended up going with Vibrant stealthpower muffler and Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonator. This setup should give me the sound I'm looking for!

So the exhaust setup is like this
2.5" piping from exhaust manifolds-->Magnaflow 2.5" dual inlet to single 3" outlet---VBand Clamp--->3" single to Vibrant Ultra Quiet 3" inlet/outlet-->3" piping to Vibrant Stealth power muffler

Just two 2.25" piping from the exhaust manifolds to one 3" piping straight back to a muffler. Depending on how loud it is I might add a resonator.

As for the brakes, unless you plan to do a lot of HPDS's or track days I'd say you'd be just fine with fresh stock brakes and a good aggressive street pad in the front.
Thanks :) I appreciate the compliments!

Yeah, I'm going for stock blanks and an aggressive pad. Have to look into pads more

No pads at all on some corners and rotors are rusted.

Not sure if I'm going to just rebuild all calipers and get performance pads and rotors, or shoot for a BBK. I might have to wait to do a BBK

I hear stock upgraded e30 brakes do quite well.
I just put new pads and rotors in my car if you wanna try my brakes out. They need to be bled badly though.

Today I worked on getting the fan wired up and the various body parts back on.
It seems my new fan switch was dead on arrival (brand new, not working) so I'm going to have to order another one. I just wired the fan to come on with ignition now and I might even leave it that way haha.
Here are pics of various steps in getting it back together. I will be adjusting the bumper later, I just wanted to get it all on for now. The valence will also most likely be painted eventually
