thanks!
It sure is a PITA!
So to run the e34 m50 pan I just remove the s52 windage tray and run the one that is integrated into the m50 pan?
Also, do you guys know if silicone is needed anywhere on the oil pan gasket? or is it good to go?

Can't believe I've had this car for 7 months already!
Waiting for my harness to come back from Dave and I'm still waiting for the correct flywheel friction plate to come. Once thats in, I should have everything to mate the trans back up!!!!Leave a comment:

Hot tanked my oil pan. Came out pretty clean!
Waiting on the pickup tube gasket to come, then I can put the pan on!

Oil pump nut drilled for safety wire, so it doesn't back off
Also got the m50 manifold conversion kit from m50manifold.com. Comes with new intake mani and a new specialized throttle body gasket

Took the valve cover off to do the Valve cover gasket

Valve cover gasket all done

Slammed the s52 injectors into the m50 fuel rail and manifold

Got my ECU back from tuning

I think I have everything but a driveshaft and m3 selector rod.
Yesterday I sent off my wiring harness to Dave @ markertmotorworks for modification.
Ordered a clutch kit and flywheel plate so I can get the trans bolted back up after I do the rear main sealLeave a comment:
