I am running the pnp MS setup from blueapplesoda along with his pnp LC1 wideband. The biggest thing about a boosted car is having it PROFESSIONALLY TUNED. Do not skimp on this, it's very important. Honestly you don't need to drop huge money on the TCD stuff or other name brand parts in some areas. I am running an eBay manifold, turbo, piping, and intercooler. I made 270whp on my 2.7 at 9psi. You also don't need an upgraded fuel pump at all in some cases, mine is stock.

I was thinking of running blueapplesoda's pnp MS as well. I have been talking to blueapplesoda a little bit and he says MS is his forte.

Well I really liked the TCD manifold because they have a downpipe that bolts right up and it has a wastegate downpipe too. TCDs cast manifold also isn't that expensive, its 600 and most log styles from reputable people are 800+.

The turbo comes with the engine I bought and it comes with an intercooler, I'm not sure of the size yet.I was planning on getting my piping from ebay as well :)

Yeah I have been talking to him since I ordered the engine and I am planning on ordering EMS from him and having him do the dyno tuning.

Im in norcal though, so I'm going to have to take a trip to socal

What are you planning on reinforcing for the extra power? subframes?

Anyone have first hand experience with putting an m20 into a 318is?
Anything specific I need to look out for or is it pretty straight forward?

So far I'm thinking i'll need different engine mounts, g260, 325 driveline, what else?
