Operation gravel guard begun today. Let me just say that this stuff isn't easy to remove. After 20 + years of being stuck there, it took me over 30 min to do one side.
Got my K&N Filter that I ordered last week. It's cute and small. Hopefully it will create a lot of suction noise under the hood.

Good job, it's all progress!

I found a cupped wirewheel to be a good job for clearing away the sealer, it's rough enough to clear the sealer but if your careful enough it doesn't pull the primer under it clean off.

Is that her on the ground in the last few pics? What size wheels/tires are you running?

You've a lot of little jobs done I'm not looking forward to doing myself!

Yeah the whole car is gonna be sprayed the same color as the bay. I think it's gonna go perfect with the color of the wheels and the black moldings.

From a B5 chassis.. There are several models that came with that booster but the most common is a B5 A4 1.8T.. I'm using a 25.3 mm S4 MC tho.
