They go go from 3 to 4500, he asked me how much do they go for I told him the same thing. It doesnt hurt to ask him as he needs the cash.

Early models are pretty light, my '68 was 2096 lbs with 1/2 tank of gas. The only mods at that time were fairly light aftermarket front seats.

Update! We have been working all week blocking the car (yes, still) to get the body perfectly straight, and all the right lines. Most of the car is done, so we turned our attention to the front bumper. So we drilled more holes to make sure all of the bonding compound would stick to every inch. The compound is like thick green slime. We screwed it back up and needs to sit for 24 hours. Plan is to get some expanding foam to help make a mold for the fiberglass we are going to put on it to make it flow well with the flares. We hope to take the motor and tranny out tomorrow so we can get started on the bay.

well in all reallity and its something some people dont know is Alpina rep's go for as much as a clean e30 m3 would. I say this reffering to how I seen e30 alpina rep's go. Thats including the alpina interior, body including stripes o and my favorite the m30 turboed to the stock e34 360ps and 405lb ft of torque and sourcing the alpina cover. hmm prabably would yield more cash...

Anyway did you check out Alex m3 engine?
