We feel the 325e badge is degrading enough... of course the bark from the exhaust may indicate there's more than 120hp under the hood!

Well lately I've just been driving the BMW to and from work. It's fun, but really need to swap rear ends. The ratio is all for fuel economy. So just wondering if 3.46 is too short, and was going to trade for a 3.25 LSD.

Awesome sleeper! 3.25 would feel alot better and would go perfect with a s52.

Future installs will be 3.46 LSD, poly rear diff mount, poly rear subframe bushings with 12 mm offset to correct camber.

its an old gregslow adapter so it goes from the square plug to a round E36 plug in that harness cover there

Sorry have not updated the project in a long time. Yeah you can't see the other side of the plug which is the factory square style. So we used an adapter, tracked down those firewall covers, and routed all wiring behind the covers.

I installed an AKG spherical bearing shifter also, the feel is crazy, like an H gate shifter.

This is my boy Ivan, he is addicted to this car, he makes noises like cars shifting through gears! He's only 1 1/2 years old, so he's got a few years to wait.

Today I installed some new projector beams. Plans are to go hid, just need to figure out where to mount the ballasts. Also replaced the tail lamps due to cracks/age/and the god awful deteriating gaskets! I used 100% BMW brand new parts, as they costed $122 a piece! It's worth it though. So next is going to be front and rear pads/rotors/lines/fluid. I went with hawk hp race pads and slotted power slot rotors. I'm going to finish with braided lines and ate super blue fluid. Thats it for now!
