Update: not for sale anymore and have moved toward HPDE or time trials car. Have gutted entire car and even hogged out both front door skins to make way for the NASCAR style door bars. Removed almost 400 pounds of sound deadening and foam gluey mess! There were 2 half moon pieces of dense rubber in the spare tire area it was glued on the metal and would not move an inch!! Once it broke free I did noticed that it was 2 pieces They were 50 pounds a piece! Kept stripping glue and sound material make it look nice.

It's actually getting a cage welded in right now up the road from me. It's going to be awesome and very tight. After that its replace brake hoses and fluid. I also need to install my sway bar kit. Finally move o2 sensor up forward. That's it though and I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!

hpde30- yes and I'm at summit frequently :)

2mAn- I would imagine it can't weigh more than 2400~2500 pounds. And yeah I dyno tested like 2 years ago and it pulled roughly 255hp at the wheels on a rough/safe tune. I need to have it professionally tuned to let more ponies run wild.

Also needing more tire and bigger brakes. I currently have a M3 E36 setup front and still in the process of sourcing the rest of the 5 lug swap stuff.

Currently though running Hawk DTC 60 pads front and rear with Motul 660 fluid and DOT braided lines all around. Also just did Bilsteins sports with eibach race springs, ST tuning sways with spherical bearing links, reinforcement added to rear sway mount points, 750 IL master cylinder, Hankook Ventus C71 slicks, and the Rota slipstreams 16x8's. Don't get me wrong its really quick and recently did a 1.27.8 around summit main, but the brakes overheat and wear stupidly quick and can't brake as late as I want because carrying so much speed! At the last summit event the 16th and 17th of this month, I was playing with an EVO 10, a newer Boss Mustang race car and a nicely sorted C5 Corvette. Cheers

Nice. I thought that was you, we spoke briefly on Sunday, I was Ana's instructor. :)

With the specs you just listed I believe the car has a lot more in it. We have the same brake setup, except I weigh about 700# more (3232 in TT trim), but I'm not having any of the braking issues you are. If you're going to be there in November for the fall finale I can ride with you and help you get that time down.

Sweet, OK cool yeah. 3232 pounds? What setup do you run and stuff like how gutted is it? I need to weigh my car as it may weigh more than 2500 pounds just a guesstimate.

Really the brake pedal goes from soft to really really hard due to how small the booster is. The S52 swap with M50 intake manifold only allows for that really small E21 booster, which quite honestly might be no good/internally leaking. I intend to go to the Sept track daze event at Jefferson and the fall finale at summit main, hopefully others one as well. I just got bumped to TT or HPDE 4 so it will cool to run with you guys in that class as well. BTW I think people run Audi A4 boosters, I'll look it up and see whats whats.

I used an iX booster and just used a 2002 remote resevoir to clear the manifold. Stock brake feel

Here are some pictures of the Hawk DTC 60 front pads literally after 2 days at Summit Point Main pushing the car to the limit!!! Like I was saying it's time for upgrades in cooling and more brake surface area. Also working on a different exhaust as well going to do a straight pipe from the v-band off the headers I'm thinking.

Wow, that is some serious brake pad wear!
What were you thinking of going with for upgraded brakes?
