Pulled the trans this afternoon, took me 2 1/2 hours by myself. Should have been about half an hour less, but oh well.

Leaking where i thought. Missing bolt that was missing when i bought the car, figured nothing went there. i was wrong.

on the plus side, everything back here seems fine.

Have a new input seal coming, along with some tune up stuff for this. Now i just need to find some fog glass to replace my crappy fogs.

Well Done... but you really need to align your hood cause it is way off (or atleast it was in the last set of photos)... Really encouraging to see you put all this work in!

^^alignment IS off, something is tweaked and i haven't figured out exactly what yet. The previous owner rear ended someone at low speed. In the last picture im assuming your referring to, it has been adjusted some to look better than that. still off by about a 1/4 inch though. And thanks for the compliments guys, Its not awesome yet, but its getting there...still have a 4-5 thousand to throw at it before its where i want it lol

decided that its 100% that missing bolt causing the leak, so i threw the trans back in after finding a bolt that would work and silconing the plate back on. Seems to have stopped the leak (thus far) Install took me 2 hours 45 minutes, by myself...suck.

Decided afterwards to take some pictures even though shes dirty from sitting for a month or so.

Then decided to take pictures with my 4runner.

drove her to work today, on the way home found out that wet roads and goosing it in second gear = fun time (dry roads are pretty much a non-skid zone...lol)

Well everything seems to be working great! why not do something to put the car back down under the knife! Ughh, why do i do this to myself!

Decided to fix the really shoddy stereo wiring that a previous owner had done to it. (Added 2 amps, a sub, and an aftermarket head unit) Previous owner also looks like they decided to add there own speaker wiring in....great. So i was in the process of pulling the wiring out when i decided. "Hey, why not fix the cracked dash?!?!" So i pulled out the interior to do so in the process!

                          Pics.

Hack job wiring (only apart of it, that i took out)

                          The begining...

here you can see the sub wiring...ran horribly.

and POW, out came the dash!

and 90% of it ended up in the trunk...lol

When i start to repair the dash i'll do a step by step, so hopefully, if everything goes right, people can use it, and repair there own!

How do people even get the skills to do this stuff? It would probably take me days to drop my trans alone. Your car makes me want a 4 door. I did like the 205/50's though.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30
