No roundels makes baby jesus cry....
I mean, I like the sleek but bimmer pride, man put one in the grille or brake duct(i looked through this WHOLE thread and couldn't tell if you have REALLY dark fogs or black blanks) or something - rear lower valance IDK
I do sorta like it with no roundels, at least in the rear. The car that's on the e30tech.com homepage (mt2 coupe, grey, all red tails, shaved roundel..) has always caught my attention as being unique because of the shaved roundel in the rear. I never thought I'd own an e30 that could pull off shaved roundels, but I kinda think mine does.
Wow that lip is low. Rear looks about the same as my car, but the front makes a huge difference. I'll probably keep my car how it is now. I can't get over everything, but it's reasonable to drive daily. It's pretty raked (low rear fenders), but the frame rail is just about parallel to the ground.
Good god. Any pics of that car on the ground? I just drove up highway 9 a bit, and turned around on a short street that was all messed up by tree roots. I was pretty careful but still scraped those clamp bolts like 5 times in a 100 foot stretch of road. I hope I can twist them around a bit...I'll try tomorrow.
when fixing and tucking it be sure to get some skid plates welded to the bottom of the exhaust so you dont end up scraping through the pipes like me. its the one spot where the rear sub-frame is that will drag really bad over crap
