The only problem I'd see is that I'm almost positive that that part of the tire is technically the sidewall since it's past all the metal bands. A very similar thing happened on my dad's m3, and he tried to patch it but ended up spending 600 bucks on new tires.

What do you guys think of a built-ish m42? How good are m44 pistons (block will have to be bored .5mm)? Would you suggest buying reground cams, regrinding mine, or getting new cams? I've seen people use m44 crank and rods, what are the benefits? ITB's are like 2 grand and that's out of the question of quite a while.

NOOO! Fix-a-flat makes a mess of everything, and whoever does your tires in the future will cast a nasty spell on you... Or worse, make a voodoo doll with your name on it.

Seriously though, fuck fix a flat. Just have it patched.

I would say plug it, but after having a plug get pulled out of my jet ski trailer tire this weekend and ruining my day on the water, an internal patch is the way to go. Sears will do it for around $20.

Also, I have a nail in one of my tires, got it a week after I put on my wheels. This was at the beginning of the season, and I haven't lost a single pound of air yet.

I'm not sure if I can honestly say I really like a stock m20 over a stock m42. Maybe it's only a 3.73 vs a 4.27 diff, but those are both very well matched diffs for the engines.

No real update other than I got fogs with HIDs that I haven't installed yet, and I can't get my god damn kidneys on for some god damn reason. I've done this a million times and never had a single issue. This was outside my house today. Had 9 people over for/working on car related stuff.
