So I just got back from Spring Break. Ended up taking the E30 out to San Diego with two other dudes and an ass-load of camping gear. Not a very comfortable drive through the Arizona desert but we survived. Stella did ok. Gas mileage was atrocious. I expected it to be bad with all the weight and the roof box but it was much worse than I anticipated. Around the mountains leading into San Diego she started chugging and throwing a check engine light that would disappear if I did a full 2nd gear pull to red line. I'm thinking the AFM or ECU might be bad. My friend has a spare of each that I'm going to try out but besides that, I am stumped.
Anyways, here are a few pictures from the trip.

It was probably incredible snaggin some Sculpin from the source.Comment

Yeah it was super cool. Wish I could find it down here in NM or even Colorado for that matter. Although, apparently they are planning to double their production capacity in a year... So hopefully that means nationwide expansion.

I'm from Philly and now live in Indianapolis and we can get it (Sculpin and Big Eye) pretty steadily both places. That's odd they wouldn't ship it to CO or NM.Comment
