From what I see, you never removed the tint (?)

I removed mine in a matter of 15 minutes with one of these things I got from Walmart. Paid 30 bucks, removed tint and returned it on the same day.

Put a towel at the bottom of your work area and start from the bottom of the window. Should peel right off.

Steamer. I got one marketed as a 'Suit Steamer' but they have many uses.

That is a Jack-O-Matic 3000 automatic stimulation device. Pretty good unit but not as effective as the gas powered model.

Steam cleaner, indeed. It makes the tint unstick from the window, and it leaves no glue residue. Really easy to do.
