Unfortunately I can't fix the bent up lip right now but I am going to order the parts. As for the time being, I am going to practice polishing and curb-rash-repairing on the one Futura I do have.

Nah, just replacement 2.5" ones. I got extremely lucky and found a guy on VWvortex selling 2 of them for $200. He decided to widen to 10" in the rear and he said the only place he could find lips was felgen garage in Germany. $500 for two lips. Which seems about right.
