I made a trip to Vancouver, WA today to meet up with Stan. Got a 3.25 lsd and a bunch of other little parts I needed. Hopefully will get to all that soon! Very successful day though.

I've got a few questions...that cupholder is interesting...got any more pics of it? That roof rack is very nice, what did you use for the arms that attach to the roof rails? And, which keyless entry did you get?

        Cool project you have here!

Don't the wooden slats on the roof rack usually run perpendicular with respect to the car? That way when you tie something down on it won't slide back and forth.
I think it looks awkward with the slats pointing forward, just my 2 cents.

The cup holder was made in my garage with a auto parts store cup holder and some bond. Just kind of winged it, ill try to get more pictures sometime. and the feet i used for my rack are the cheap $55 ebay ones.

And panda i think the slats look good running with the car, if you look at the picture of the completed rack to can see I welded some u bolts in certain areas so i can tie stuff down that way.

I went with the german engineering keyless entry for $65 shipped. I just got it today, hopefully will install that this weekend as I have a 3 day weekend. here is a picture of the keyless entry.

              UPDATE 2/1/2013:

I have been driving on 14in basket weaves with out center caps for my winter set up. I finally have completed a set of center caps. Here is a pic with the new emblem in. I will put them on the car later today.

Here is an update of some of the parts going on in 3 weeks when I am home for spring break.

8083 18mm spacers to replace my poor quality 20mm spacers for the style 5s, only have 2, the other ones are on the way.

Here is a new pair of red side markers to replace my cracked pair.

One of my interior door handles trim pieces broke so I picked up a minty set.

One fog light and one brake duct to complete my set.

A leather e30 m3 shift boot, to replace the rubber one.

And lastly a much nicer pioneer stereo deck to replace my ghetto one.

Will update more soon with other parts and then with installs as well.

I am headed home from school on Mar. 9th, hope to begin work on my car on the 10th. Not sure what order I will go, I am thinking about doing keyless first, then suspension mods, get my wheels on and mount my skid plate. Then finish up interior, and fog lights/brake ducts. And I got my final parts in the mail today.

Hopefully next post will be installed parts.
