what are you doing for the brake booster/ master setup? I went with the iX setup for mine, but since I dont have ABS it created a small headache. Id recommend slotting the stock one over even though I still hate that approach -
Well I did a huge clean up and organization project on my garage, now that its done i can actually work. Here is the garage now, still full but everything has its place.

So today i got the front core support removed, it has a couple extra bullet holes from the spot weld cutter, but it was my first time. I also cut out some of the brackets i wont be using. I also started removing the rotted sound deading on the firewall.

Alright so i have been slowly working on the e30, but have been busy with my truck and my new (old) tent trailer.

But i have picked up some more parts
M-tech 2 wheel wrapped in alcantara

Depo smilies

Blackouts fogs

Apex Arc-8 17x8 satin black wheels

Tonight i scored some Ground control coil overs from the junk yard, $50 for the lot, only missing one rear spring

I moved most of my future/ spare parts into a storage locker

Tonight i installed my s52 cams, got the timing all set up. I am waiting to insyall the vanos until my sprocket tool shows up

I hope to start getting more done regularly. thanks for looking!Last edited by Jurt; 09-09-2013, 08:12 PM.Leave a comment:

Awesome! Yeah i want to fit the rear valance too, just so it looks the best it can. The car is going to take quite the transformation. I cant wait to drive this thing again!Leave a comment:

Nice, Im doing a similar swap into my 84. Mine already has the plastic bumpers. Front is super easy, but the rear will need to get trimmed. The tech section of R3V shows how to chop it up. Looks good after but the late model rear valence will make the car look amazing. The motor in the lightweight body will be a ton of fun.Leave a comment:

Thanks! Unfortunately not much to update. I have been working a lot, and just organizing my garage before I bring the next car in. I have purchased front and rear plastic bumpers and I'm going to get the front and rear valance to put on, and an m tech 2 valance. I also got a sweet deal on bilsteins and vogtland springs. But here are some pictures of my new stuff, this is the tool box,

The springs and shocks

And the bumpers

Now that the weather is warming up I will be able to get more done. Look for more actual updates in the next couple weeks!Leave a comment:

Well I finished cutting up the rusted e30 and took it to the scrap yard.

For this car I'm cutting it up and scrapping it. But I'm also cutting out the rear arches and other parts to get welded into my new car which has less rust overall. Also the front and rear subframe and diff ect.. Will be going from the beige car to the blue one because of less kilometres and better condition. I just need to get rid of this car before I can get the blue one into my garage and start actually working on it, and thanks it should be almost brand new by the time I'm done with it!Leave a comment:
