I swear by dexron vi. Its got all the stuff thats in a trans tune type of prduct in it already.

I like to personally do a drain and fill 3 times in 100 miles because its so detergent it will make itself dirty again instantly.

give it one extra drain at least then change it all through the coolant line. stops slipping frees lifters etc etc whatever any product likes to claim it can do this stuff does for real 10x better.

it is a full synthetic and should be good for 100k miles also.

I had it make perfect 2 toyota truck autos this yeear. one that when warm would shift early, slip shift late basically just wasnt working right.

for the transmission slipping in first

especially if its happening wheen warm

Definitely try a passive flush and put in all new dexron vi. 4.27 a quart at wallmart.

( or change it about 3 timees in a short period of time)

I have had it perform 2 miracles this year, both with toyotas autos granted.

Yeah looking into this stuff H&R makes a pretty solid cup kits for these cars, except a major investment on these things seem to be rear shock mounts that apparently get beaten like no other, especially on tourings http://mooseheadengineering.com/#ecw...roduct=5697211

Ohhhh 5-toes. Your track record of "working" on a BMW is like an instruction manual of *what not to do*....

And how you got to 6000-7000 posts - is beyond me.

I did one on an m20 in 3 hours and learned where I can improve.

With a buddy it can be done in 2 hours.

Bro you know that shit isn't going to take 2 hours, more like a week. A lift isn't going to help nothing will not even Carrol Shelby helping.

At least you don't have to worry about your dad yelling at you for spilling oil on the driveway anymore.
