i've done some troubleshooting with the horn and I just did my ebrakes so I can cruise over and help you out one of these weekends.

Now we have both the same wheels AND the same steering wheel!

With mine I took some more of that copper grease and worked it around the contact ring and that helped things. the hub that I got had no conducting grease on it and that was the issue.

I only saw one other E30 when I was there, stripped out 4 door with a S54 (never saw under the hood though).

installed the pad, because it looks so much better with it! also, you may notice my OZ turbo wheel air freshener & "new" OEM leather shiftknob. My car is getting too classy... just wait until I get a new headunit with bluetooth

Small update to try and make this thing more like my idol Alex's car lol

Made a trip to Home Depot Racing to start work on making my brake ducts actually duct air to my brakes... Luckily my idol had super detailed posts and so after a while I find these



At the same time I try to make car more like a race car I'm trying to make my car more like a legit street car.



edit: Also just purchased ONE e-brake cable. I feel like an adult spending my money on these parts

The Manifolds are the OBD1 manifolds. I currently have OBD2 manifolds with the SAI ports welded up. Im trying to make the car legal in CA and I have to have all the OBD1 parts. The OBD2 manifolds dont affect smog in any way, but there are plugged o2 ports and the BAR will fail me immediately.

I could be shady and pay for a smog under the table, but this thing is so close to being legit, I see no reason not to make it legal.

as far as driving the 540i, yea it drives me crazy too haha

What's with those manifolds? I thought M52 have decent tubular manifolds. Those look like they will add weight and lose power.
