Thanks man, if thats your touring in your sig I'm extremely jealous.

After this it won't be cell phone pictures anymore haha I found my camera charger.

Wire tuck/brake line tuck is all done along with abs delete.

Trailered the car to my buddies shop where the metal work will be done and the bay will be resprayed. In the mean time, Ill be going back through the S52 and refreshing it a bit, along with sending some parts to powder coat.

Next update will be some metal welded into the bay

Both of those pictures are a bit older so theyre still in stock location and the master isnt on the firewall. Currently the passenger side runs along the subframe over and up the driver side frame rail to the prop valve. The drivers side just goes out the side of the prop valve and into the oem location.

Instead of coming through the fender well it comes underneath now because a plate will be welded there to mold where the batter tray used to be, into the frame rail. Hard to invision but ill snag a picture of what it all looks like.

                Progress.

Fresh paint on the block/head/accessories. Began wrapping my headers. (Ignore the fact that I put the rear header on the front lol)

I can't tell if you've reinforced your engine mount tabs on the subframe, but if you haven't I would suggest doing it now while you have the motor pulled... I spent like 10 hours last week fixing my subframe tabs after my oil pan was sitting on the steering rack... The tab broke off in my hand, and I have a lowly M42... :rofl

You should, it looks great in the bay.

I haven't yet, but was definitely something I was considering.

Do you have any concern that the bondo will crack on the seams of the strut tower? They definitely flex a bit under load, which may, or may not cause the bondo to crack.

Just thinking out loud. Always thought this was one of the most proper early models. Good luck with bringing it to the next level

I'm not worried about it. The filler being used isn't bondo and is super durable. We've smacked it with a hammer and it didn't crack in multiple places so I'm hoping it'll hold up in the stressful areas. Plus around the strut towers it's laid pretty thin

                              Appreciate it man.
