    1991 E30 - Four Door ( awesome condition) S50B30 Turbo drift build..

Hey guys welcome to the build..

So due to my Toyota corolla Ke70 street drift build being extremely close to finished, I decided it was time to start searching for a new build to throw all my time, effort and money away on.. I began searching for a s13 or 180 but then I came across the e21, and decided that I would purchase it.

Then, after 2 weeks, I sold the e21 (Yeah had not even picked it up yet) and bought a four door e30(Yeah had not even picked it up yet) and bought a four door e30 (Purchased it for $100 more than what I paid for the e21 and it was in way better condition!!), white, black interior, auto m20 *Running*, stuffed fuel pump, brand new fuel pump included, also in the back seat was a garret gt18 turbo and manifold, side mount inter cooler, so yeah all that stuff is for sale now.. Plus my bumpers and dash, roof liner etc etc..

I purchased a S50B30 m3 straight 6 engine out of a what is now twin turbo m50 e36 two door.. The owner is a V8 supercar driver, and got rid of the engine, he had worked the engine pretty well "APPARENTLY", but sold it to me in bits and pieces, he assured me that it was making 350bhp though.. So I guess ill see how that goes, put some mild cams in, piston upgrade, perhaps a stroker kit, and then a small turbo..

Well here is the plan so far..
    Engine:
S50B30 M3 (Will rebuild turbo, "Garret")
    40L Fuel cell.
    Bosche 044 fuel pump (x2).
    Electric Waterpump.
    Griffin Alloy Radiator.

    Engine Management:
    M3 OBD1 S50 ECU
    Performance chip.
    Race management chip.

    Suspension and Chassis:
XYZ coilovers from E30 (welded to E34 M5 struts in front).
E34 bear arms and caster struts.
Modified E21 front sub frame with E46 RHD steering pinion,
    BMW E28 535 rear subframe.
Custom diff mounting point triangulated to the roll cage.

    Wheels and Tyres:
    18x10-20's all round.

    Driveline:
    E23 745i differential.
    Custom Tailshaft.

    Cabin:
    Hydraulic Handbrake.
    Adaptronic Ecu.
    Full interior stripping.
    Full cage.
    Custom Built Aluminum bucket seats.
    OMP Deep dish steering wheel.
    Black Takata harnesses.
    Floor mounted Pedal set.

    Brakes:
Original E36 M3 brakes front and rear.
    Willwood big brake upgrade

    Body:
BMW DTM Obsession wide body kit.
    Tubed Engine bay.
Compete roll cage welded to shock towers and rear sub frame mounts.
    E34 Headlights.

      Those are some serious pumps.

Besides 5 lug, what does an e28 subframe benefit? Is it wider?
Only car I've seen done that is that high horse power e21.

Excited to see your progress because all of this is nutts

I don't even know what half the stuff you listed is...

Why do you feel a need to do half the stuff your doing if your only going for 350hp?

Huh? No the previous owner stated that the engine already had 350hp, I doubt it does, I wont find out as I am rebuilding it turbo, and plan to get around 450-500 rwhp, I've seen this achieved before with the same engine so yeah, ill just see how I go..

                          Very nice work!

I hope to have a garage like that one day. I'm 26 and still can't figure out how to keep a shop that clean to save my life. I look forward to seeing this come along.
