2004 GTO = LS1
2005-2006 GTO = LS2

It's a 2004 with drive by cable. Therefore a Gen III, LS1.

So, nope. lol

I wish it was an LS3.

So, after a bunch of browsing the internet and stuff, I found out that the LS in an 04 GTO is basically an LS6 with LS1 heads.. Awesome
