This is a track car, LS6, LS2 or LS3 with a cam, headers and a good tune will be more than a handful in this car when it's done.

so guys, let's forget about that S54.

    it's going LS now.
    probably LS3.
    maybe LS2.
    or LS6.
    either way.

S54 vs LS; both will cost about the same up front but the LS will have more power, less weight, better distribution of less weight, much more aftermarket resources, tons of local parts/tuning available (speedway motors is a 30 minute drive), and will be cheaper to maintain/run on the track. i love me an S54 but it just doesn't make sense to run with my budget.

    hahaha thanks man!

btw, click the british flag on the pesch site and it's all in english.

I bought a Grip Royal royal knight over a year and a half ago but after driving a buddies car with a FAT momo wheel the GR is gonna go in the daily, it's too skinny for a track car.

    thanks!

I'm messing with a buddies M50 bronzit right now. Getting it ready to sell and between it and working 60+ hrs and taking 15 credit hours, I have zero time for this build.

Once the bronzit is gone I'll be full speed ahead on this baby. I can't wait, it's been way too long. I haven't really done anything productive since December.....

    so.

I haven't touched this car since the last update but, I am selling all of my S52/24v swap stuff (thread) and going to be putting a different engine in this car.

    S54!!!!!

    The new plan is:
    get it rolling
    prepped for paint
    carbon roof
    caged
    painted
    buy wrecked e46 m3
    spend money
    build a body harness
    spend more money
    buy new coilovers
    fab up rear e36 m3 calipers/rotors
mount up the apex with 255s at first
    hoon
    burn up 255s
    install 275s
drive until my wallet can handle a 911

I also bought these last week when I decided on an S54 swap.

    JKlololol

I moved it over on dollies so I can work on the passenger side. It's still a shelf but that will be changing very shortly!

I also posted a pic with a bunch of jack stands to troll on a local BMW Facebook group. 275s!
