It's up and running as of today. Solved the over heating problem. If you're ever having problems bleeding it/overheating, check the hose from the radiator to the coolant res. Also check the tank itself. The hose was fine but there was a blockage in the nipple to the res and it wouldn't bleed and it would over heat. Hit that with some compressed air and it's been fine since.

Next update I'll actually have some pictures. I've been working a ton and haven't had much time to upload them. I'm hoping that penndot has the title stuff processed within a few days and it'll be on the road.

Good update! I rebuilt the suspension this weekend with all revshift poly. Offset cab, subframe bushings, trailing arm bushings, engine mounts etc. I'm running bilstien sports with my vogtlands from my coupe and e90 hats until I get my camber plates and stuff for the coilovers. Its not too bad actually.

I also ditched that god awful airbag wheel for my mtech one.

Euro bumpers should be here Wednesday. Euro grilles and smiles should be here sometime fairly soon. Still waiting for my upholstery stuff as well.

You wouldn't happen to be parting out your ES would you? I need some brackets to attach my lower valance.

I am, but the brackets are toast. If you check ebay I'm pretty sure there was someone selling metal bracket kits. If there's anything elsr you can think of I'm sure I have it.

Even if you have pieces of brackets I'll take them lol.. Can use them as a template to make my own. I don't really want to pay $150 for new plastic brackets. I'll have to think if I need anything else.

I can pull them off and throw them in the mail this weekend. I think a couple might be ok but if you can do something with them it'd be better than throwing them away.

Moving quickly. I love it. Great color, great choice on wheels with the Ronals.

Euro bumpers showed up today! That said, does anyone know if you can still buy the rubber strips new anywhere? My Luke box should be here Tuesday and euro grilles/smilies any day.

After disassembling the euro bumpers I found two things that I wasnt expecting .

1- holes were drilled in the sided of the front bumper for us side markers...
2- somebody welded a piece of square steel tubing between the mounting brackets and pieces from the brackets to the ends of the bumpers. Not only is this super heavy, but it trashed the brackets. It also made it impossible to remove the brackets from the bumper because it covers the hardware. I have to drill the hardware out.

The worst part, doing this to the brackets seemed to warp the rear bumper where the hardware goes through.

So I have to try and flatten that out or locate a center section since I'm trying to go with mtech1 front/rear. So that sucks.

Got my euro bumper situation figured out. I should have them on in a few days. Currently on the lookout for mtech 1 front/rear valances and rub strips.

The big news is that over the weekend I'm picking up an m30b35. :D

I plan on collecting parts and building a harness over the winter, and swapping it in before spring. Between Franks write-up and helping a friend with the swap in the past I think it should go pretty smoothly.

I'll have some more photos this week.

I'm jealous about the euro bumpers! I'd love to go with an M-Tech 1 kit someday.
