You might want to run a bypass valve instead of a bov if you're going to keep the MAF dude, just so you don't lose metered air.

I have one with two 2.5" silicon boots that you need with it. If you want to you can just have it all since you always give me advise with my M42

Chopped or not, that picture is nice. I agree though it has to be shopped.

It's true, chuggz knows his leading lady.

I posted not to tarnish her classy image but to show how thirsty you boys are for it.

    Bee tee double you.

For the first time in awhile, this thread has enough Emma pictures. More boosted 318, or at least e30 photos chuggz.

I'll share some budget building wisdom:

CX racing turbo internally gated t3/t4 oil cooled only $200or you could go with an old holset for a few more bones. Anothey ebay brand is kinugawa, they're gone up in price though which is kind of a bummer

Ebay e36 bottom mount mani $259I've seen some for sale on FB for ~$150, you don't always have to pay full price for ebay stuff;)

Volvo intercooler mounted in front of radiator $?? junkyardI picked up my old one from the junkyard for $10 and it was great for the cost. It had a large surface area which allowed for great cooling, but a small core, so it would be limiting at higher psi I'd assume

2.5 piping $50?Grab some of the volvo pipes at the JY, or saab stuff, or go on craigslist. Piping is cheap used!

knock off blow off. $15 $25 new shipped on ebay for a Freddy Type RS, and it hasn't let me down yet

some sort of AFR on the cheap. maybe not. $?? I think you may want to shell out some cash here, get an innovate or AEM. I have the secret PN for $35 replacement sensors if you end up needing a replacement down the road:D

no boost control if you're planning on using an internally wastegated turbo there's no need. The factory 8-10psi it's set at should be fine for you

Ill be a lab rat and risk an engine. Whats the worst that could happen??

You're not the first for a cheap turbo build lol. Plus you're not really testing out any new parts nobodies run before. The worst that can happen is your oil pump nut backing off and destroying the motor AND the turbo Or you incorrectly installing the turbo feed and killing it straight off the bat

Noted. Cx racing turbos are suppose to be "decent" few buddies back in my 240sx days ran them and never had issues.
