The zf320 has the 1:1 ratio in 5th gear so this was my car at 165mph!! It was deafening.
While they were programing the Dyno Jet the only option that the computer had was a 2.93 diff setting. I'm running a 2.79. Would this change my numbers?

Right hand drive 320i Touring!
320i motor.
s52 swap on the red one and an m54 swap on the M-tech 2 vert. Both very clean swaps.
Back in MKE. No problems all weekend except for my tune which needs tweaking.

I was going to request TRM to take 10% fuel out across the board and another 5% between 4-5500rpm. What do you think?

Those afr's are way to rich, sub 10's are really bad. I wouldn't keep running it like that, you can lift the head with that much unburnt fuel.
With a proper re-tune you will be over 500to the wheels.
What size is your exhaust..?

Well this was a huge PITA.
Broke off two pins of the TRM turbo chip thingy.
Kudos to Snap for helping me out!!!
I had an extra ECU that I grabbed from a junk yard back when Kummrow thought my harmonic damper problem was an ECU problem... But that $90 for the ECU came in handy because we used the wire holding the tag on to solder up the TRM chip!
Now all is right in the world and she is running like champ! A little break up still but not as bad as before. I'm scheduled the 18th for some dyno pulls at Late Model Throttle in Waukesha, WI to get a better look at what is going on then I'll have TRM send me a better tune.

I started with a circa 2001 z3m unit as its the newest for cosmetics; z3m just happens to use a round 4 bolt instead of square.
Bmw uses both 4 bolt in round and square; 0 difference really; round is just newer like 1997+
