I ended up going 255s. Way more options.

    I pulled the trigger on the g-Force Rival's 245 and 255 both 40/17

That was my assumption. but the rolling radius is smaller on an E30... maybe not if going with 265s like OP ;)

here is a link to the comparaison between 2.93 and 3.15 with 225/45 RS3 and ZF320...https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-m...enShot2858.jpg

Remember the e36 m3's came with (iirc) a 3.23 in manual, and some of the guys who autox swap them out for the 3.38 from the auto m3 so for an NA car I don't think it could be too bad.

I'm just about to try a 3.15 with a ZF320... THe 3.73 was horrible on the long run...

    Thanks! Greatly appreciated.

That 3.15 would be pretty short for the ZF in my eye.

In 5th going 65 it holds at 2400 rpm which is cool with me. If you do more auto-x I probably would go with the 2.93 running N/A.

Might pull the trigger on some wheels.

These for the front with a 10/15mm spacer running 245s

    For the rear running 265s

I'm debating on the platinum (link for the front) or the hyper silver (link for the rears). What do you guys think?

I haven't scanned my ECU but i'm using the non vanos 402 ecu, In hindsight should have chosen a vanos engine. So i don't think it has the same capabilities in the way of scanning, well thats what i have read.

I've run a wire from the back of my dash (greenplug) to the corresponding wire at the x20/c101 adapter, but it hasn't changed anything. I've yet to run a voltmeter across it to check if it is getting voltage (10v, from what i've been told).

I hope you find a solution to the problem :)

BTW My e30 swap does the same thing at WOT shows almost the same AFR. I tried connecting the speed sensor but i'm not getting any change. I'm most likely doing something wrong. Interested in seeing what you do to get this resolved.

What did you pull those codes with?

    Thanks for the info!!

My guy has a bluetooth snap-on code reader. Pretty slick.

Apparently the speed sensor is required to operate the ECU. I need to get that fixed ASAP along with a cam sensor.
