I'm going to have to do some research on a new photo hosting solution! I'll try to get the photos back up ASAP.
As far as bumpers I have a set of euro metal bumpers I shipped to myself while on my honeymoon in Australia but I'm always interested in trades! What are you looking for?-Brad

On a good note! I got the car out and took it for its first shakedown drive rolling hollywood style:
On a sad note, after getting the mold release off the tires and doing a short 1-2 pull the apparently massive engine powahz and sticky traction of the tires was no match for the puny G260 and 2nd gear completely failed leaving me "stranded" a quarter mile from home.
So it looks like I'll be swapping my spare ZF transmission into the car sooner than I had anticipated.-Brad

Short update: the new transmission has been in for a bit and I've been slowly knocking out little stuff trying to get the car ready to sell, This past weekend I drove it to a local show "Eurohangar"
The car performed beautifully! still a few things to put together though, Euro bumpers are on their way over to me via slow boat which should tie the car together nicely:

I've got an s52 e30 too with a/c, custom cork / black interior, and I love it! But I need better traction, so I'm after the same wheel / flare setup as yours...
You suggested poking the wheel out by 2" to 3" more in order to avoid cutting as illustrated on your photos... do you think going with the ultra wide kamotors flares instead of the standard flares will make much of a difference in clearance since it may protrude by that much? Thanks again!
Here's meinE30 s52's interior shot (it's not done yet lol):

Yes I think if you ran the ultra wide flares that should allow you to space the wheel out enough to avoid clearance issues. the other option would be running a 9" wheel with 245 wide tire up front, something a bit shorter than these 25" diameter tires would give you more clearance as well.-Brad

Correct, I still need to open it up to see what the exact issue is but it feels/behaves as though I stripped a bunch of teeth off the 2nd gear cog?-Brad
