Lol why? Regardless, smart move. Buy a honda or something for a daily... whatever's easiest/cheapest to maintain (read: not a MINI :p)

Luckily (and quite surprisingly) there strut towers haven't mushroomed. However, there is a VERY small stress fracture on one side, so I will be welding that up.

And I very well might be, I will let you know, thanks!

Got a new radiator to FINALLY fix the "no my car isn't on fire" issue I had at stoplights with steam billowing out the front of my car.

Started taking the front apart, figured out there was only about 2 of 6 or so bolts holding the bumper on. Which seems like something I'd do, but it's not my fault this time. Also discovered the bumper has been repainted at some point. Oh well, got the bumper and everything else off.

    Remove all this

    And you get

Packaging was awesome for the Mishimoto

And a lame picture after I got it in and bled, thanks to Spencer for the help.

Oh and I finally got my Circuit Soul stickers ^_^ They sent me the wrong colorway for the club stickers, but I don't really care.

So I raised the car 1 1/2" just for inspection, will be going back down afterwords.

Decided to tackled the ugly strut towers and make them look a bit better for the time being. In the coming months, I will be cutting the rest of the cut-up bits out, and welding in a 3"x1" piece of tubing to recreate a new center circle. But this atleast makes them look semi- decent for now.

    Trimmed and evened out slightly

    Taped up

    Done(for now)

Cool, I'll check those out! I'm actually looking at getting a JCW wing, I really like the look. Just difficult to find.

Dang, was hoping they were 16s. Spacers would not be an issue as I already have long studs for track use.

17x7 +48. You will need some hefty spacers.
