Its coming out of a 88 735i, so I assume B35.

This is the only Manual Car I could find in an AZ Junkyard. Was a PITA to get the transmission out.

Finally got the Transmission out but one bolt was shipped, had to get one of the yard workers to grind it off since I couldnt use the grinder.

Pretty sure it is a 260/6, has the fins on the bottom.

This week I am going to be grabbing the last things to finish this swap and start dropping this bad boy in.

Just ordered up my Garagistic Mounts and Condor Speed Shop Poly's. Running to the junkyard Monday to grab the final misc things to finish this build.

Today got my Condor Speed Shop E30 M30 Swap Motor Mounts and E30 Transmission Mounts, new Sachs Clutch, E28 Manual Transmission Radiator, Down pipes and the rest of the little things to finish the swap. Got a E34 M30 C101 Engine Harness the other day. Only thing I have left to do is order my AutohausAZ order and a differential. Then drop in the engine and transmission.

Pretty sweet mounts, the clutch is a clutch lol.

Fitted the E30 M20 shroud onto the E28 Radiator. Will be putting a slim 16" Spal puller in there.

I noticed you have a factory DOT R replacement trans. For some reason it was changed which may be a good sign that it could be lower mileage.

Idk about that. It makes bearing noise and has some slap, I fear it may not last long.

Yeah I want to do the 324td/524td mech fan if these part pullers arent so greedy. Guy on ebay wants 99 bucks for one off a junkyard car.
